Caller: Says it is PayPal I received an email purporting to be from Paypal saying that I had authorised a payment for goods-an iPhone- to be sent to a person in the Northern Territory. I don't have a PayPal account and this is a fraud as far as I can tell. The email said to call (07) 5641 1791 if I didn't authorise this. Reverse Australia doesn't have any listing for this number so I'll send the email to Scam watch.
