Caller: Property developer Caller said they were from a property developer, started out as a real person and then a recording kicked in saying they couldn’t hear me and wanted me to repeat a unique phrase to them. Believe this was a scam trying to get my voice for AI scamming.

Caller: "Mia" Missed call. Was local number so called back. "Mia" answered, I said I'd missed the called and then a recording started playing starting with "a while ago you enquired...." so I hung up.

Caller: Mia I received a call from this number Monday morning. The girl identified her name as Mia and said that my number was on a list of persons interested in off the plan property releases. I asked how they got my number. She said that I must have signed up somewhere. I said that I had not. I asked her what was the name of the company that she was working for. She said that she could not tell me. I asked her what was the name of the company that she was calling on behalf of. She said that she could not tell me. I told her that my number is on the Do Not Call register through acma and that I would be reporting this call (which I have). I then terminated the call
