Techwell rep calling from telstra. They do this every quarter to check your services. You can ask them to put in their notes not to call you if its too much. They are pretty nice about it too

Heavy breathing when I answered. Must be someone sick in the head

Seems it is another of their hassle phone calls to get you to sign up with them for NBN - even if your current ADSL is not going to end for months....5 mths in my case!

Called back, got put on indefinite hold, just sales jockeys getting their call numbers up for bonuses. Hung up. painful time wasters.

particularly annoying when one is waiting on a call which could be coming from an unexpected number. Phone reads Southport Queensland. Phone rings, I answer, immediate hang up from other end.
If this is a legitimate Telstra business they are right royally pissing me off!!!

They called and hung up after the Office spiel. I called back and was transferred to another division who confirmed they were Telstra Business centre. They understood we did not have any accounts with them nor could they identify the outbound caller or department apart from this number they used was in a series of routed numbers. They said it was a local not overseas caller and they logged my complaint. They did not understand why the calls disconnect - every single time. .

Hung up before I could get it.

The lady said shes from Telstra. I asked if she has the details of our account, and she correctly provided. But she hung up when I asked more questions/purpose of her call.

They called and hang up after I did the business spiel. I called back and it was a Telstra Business Centre. I'll have to repay the favour and hang up multiple times on them!!

comes up with Telstra Southport, never leaves a message about whom called, ring back Telstra Business how may I help you, explain you people rang us, can you tell me whom called , stated she did not know, stated it was a courtsy call, ok please tell them do not ring, they now ring every week so frustrating, on day they will ring re our account with them and find the telstra number is blocked.
We have rang Telstra Business re issues and they cannot do anything unreal

they just hang up when I answer with the business name this is on numerous occasions is so annoying as i can be in factory and have to come to office to answer

I started out with a missed call from this number. I rang back, was asked "how can I help?", to which I replied quite truthfully "I have no idea, since you called me". I was put on hold, and another person took up the call. Again, "how may I help you today, sir?" Again, I said that I had no idea, I was just responding to a missed call. He said that it might be in relation to mobile phone security. He was particularly hard to understand because he had the microphone too close to his mouth. So, I just terminated the call. Total waste of time.
