Caller: Telemarketer Said she was from yellow pages and was confirming my address to send an information pack to. I didn’t think too much of it until today when I got a call from a mobile 0444 522 563) saying she was from National Emergency Services and claiming I had spoken to someone back in November and she has me recorded as agreeing to receiving an information pack. She didn’t ask for money but presumably that’s the next step. She ended up getting irritated with me when I wouldn’t agree to anything and I hung up on her.

Caller: Fake Advertising Company that Doesn't Exist Advises that you agreed to advertising some time ago and targets small business owners. Basically they want you money through fraudulent means. Number has been reported to the police.

Caller: Fake marketing call Scam for a supposed ad that you agreed to a few months back. Also ask you to provide a reference word a source their despatch department need to contact you to confirm your address. Don't give them anything as they are after a "security question answer" as commonly used for password retrieval.

Claimed she was confirming the advertisement I had placed via the marketing department back in February and will send approval for $330. I think not.
