    We use their deal years ago to buy a cruise - found out we could have got the same (or better) directly from the cruise company. The cruise was great but their sales line leads you to think you are getting a better deal than you actually are. We complained and they gave us a little extra deal; we told them never to call us again. 3 years later we are obviously back on their list.
