These would have to be the biggest spam harassment companies in Australia, even after asking multiple times they continue to ring at least weekly if not more. I have now blocked 2 no's used by their sales harassment people. About to seek legal advice as they should be charged by the federal police for spam.

We have requested NUMEROUS times to be removed from your call list. The first couple of times we were patient as we understand it may take time to update your records, however, we are inundated with at least four calls from your company per week. It is unacceptable, it is harassment and it has been reported. Irrespective of what power you may believe one person may have in comparison to your company, it appears we are not the only ones who are having the same issues with you. Given enough time, 'the powers that be' will get sick of hearing complaints about you and shut down your hard-selling phone tactics for good. If was going to book a cruise, I would now deliberately avoid your company anyway.
As for the person who suggested to be careful for what we sign up for online...you may or may not be aware, that companies such as this purchase phones numbers from thousands of organisations who are willing to profit from putting your privacy at risk. It is a reasonable expectation that everyone who requests to be removed from a companies phone list have it done. The majority of people have patience, but this company has pushed it way beyond the limits of acceptable selling.

This isn't spam. They got your number because you filled in an online question or a competition about cruising. You can opt out of receiving these calls. The company is Cruise Megastore and they are a proper agency. If you don't want to receive calls from companies offering you products be careful what you sign up to online.

I don't answer, if they want to talk to me they can leave a message. I never answer private numbers and I use this website to check the numbers before blocking. They are wasting their time on me.

Apologies to anyone who has been receiving calls from us and then getting no answer. We weren't aware of this issue but we will get our technical team to look into why this is happening. We do not make any spam calls. All of the numbers we call have been obtained from people who have either enquired about a cruise, filled in an online survey or answered a sponsored question about cruising on a third party site. If you no longer wish to receive calls from us please can you email us via info @ e.cruisemegastore.com.au. If you are a cruiser and are looking for genuine cruise and travel deals please call us on 1300 657 948.

I have made at least 6 requests to have my number removed from your call register and yet I still receive calls at least once or twice a week so your statement here is nothing more than a lame attempt to stop any legal recourse. FIX OR there WILL be action ensuing!!

That doesn't cover the fact that they're repeatedly interrupting peoples lives who've expressly asked them to refrain from ringing them

CRUISE is a name of a SUN LOUNGE sold by Super Amart. I was interested in purchasing a sun lounge, so I guess they pick up my address.

Yes they are indeed a Travel Agency based on the Gold Coast in Queensland. As per most offline and online stores if you are on their mailing list they will email or call if they have your details. If you want to be removed from the list the best way is to go to thewebsite and contact them via the online forms.
