I am so sick of getting calls from these sort of numbers. Why can't they be stopped.

Received a bunch of Missed calls every hour on the hour.
Found this entry before calling back.

Why the he'll doesn't the government do something to stop these worthless scumbags harassing the general public??? Telemarketing is the very lowest form of geurilla sales / commercial begging, and anyone working in this pathetic, nuisance industry should seriously consider suicide!

Automated tele-marketing call

Missed call from this number. Returned it: rang for a bit then disconnected. Then it rang me back with an automated message trying to sell me something about "home owners", "asthma" and "air quality in your home".

It appears to be a marketing company using a bot to identify fax numbers for future use. Hangs up if fax tone not found. Definitely illegal.

Rings then says "sorry wrong number" and hangs up
