This number is for a debt collection and repossession company called Summer Collection Group. The voicemail messages that they leave are completely automated.

This is Summer Collection Group they called me and once I spoke to them they said it was about a car accident I hung up and kept hanging up then I got a letter offering me 50% discount if I paid now when i asked them what are you gonna do if i don't pay lol they just mumbled something about further action so hilarious that was 2 years ago and i haven't paid a cent they may not be scammers but you don't have to pay
