Telstra technical department? I don’t think so!!

Caller claimed to be from Telstra regarding down/upload speeds on internet. Requested that I download an app on my Ipad called Zoho Assist so he could have remote access. I refused told him it was a scam and put the phone down. The area he was supposedly calling from was Boonah, Queensland. I then received another call from (03) 9123 1074 from the same Indian caller asking why I had cancelled the called. but this time he must have rapidly few down to Melbourne.

Person claiming from Telstra saying there is problem with my internet speed. I do not have Telstra.

Got a missed call twice and never leave a message.

got a similar call, when i called the number back it was disconnected

said they were from telstra and my internet was compromised. wanted me to log in and follow their advise to fix the problem .. they never confirmed my account or who i was never offered to verify who they were, and when i said the time wasn't convenient they just hung up on me ..
I do not believe they were from telstra at all. SCAM for sure

Same number, but the guy told me he was from NBN lol

They say they are from Telstra and my internet is slow because I haven’t paid my Telstra bill funny thing I don’t have Telstra

I didn't answer but they didn't leave a message

They said my IP have some problems and need to help me to solve it. However, Telstra is not my Internet provider company.
