It's I legit call where never outsourced contacting their customers. It's I pretty poor attempt to remind people to pay their overdue account at NAB

Rang 3 times today, picked up once it was computer generated voice.

Nab scam call. Twice yesterday so I blocked number. It just called again. How can a blocked number still call me. Ergggg

Calls numerous times even later at night from Bebo Qld, finally answer as I'm getting annoyed with it. "Hi this is NAB, please 1 if this first name, middle name, last name". Then it hangs up. When you call the number back, it says "Hi, this is NAB. Thanks for calling us back. if this is first name, middle name, last name, please press 1". If you hit 1, it then says "don't worry, to reassure you, we won't ask for personal account details" but then proceeds to ask you for personal details. BLOCK THE NUMBER. If they get you on the hook, (friend of a friend has been caught out) and they say your account has been hacked, setting you up a new account so forth and so forth, but you have to transfer a maximum $1000 a day.

Said they were from NAB bank with automated message, asked me to press 1 to confirm. Somehow knew my full name which I only provide on government documents or to my bank (NAB). Concerning how they knew!

Automated NAB message to tell me my acct was over drawn and had to press 1 to say I had already paid it. And then they hung up

It's a scam trying to get people's bank details saying it's nab bank

I missed a few calls from this number and I'm not calling them back because they didn't leave a message. If it is NAB, they are probably trying to sell themselves because I don't bank with them - never have.

There's no late payment so cant understand the reason for call Banks should have a better way to communicate with customers its very scary for older people with all scams around

My account with NAB has been fraudulently scammed. This number phoned after visiting the local NAB didn't leave a message. Twice this has happened and I don't even Shop Online. Seriously considering changing my Bank

Cannot confirm it is someone impersonating NAB but I can tell you that when I miss its call, a "Private Number" then calls straight after with the same automatic message. Private number also rings me at night from NAB... not impressive in fact number is blocked from now on. very harassing.
