It’s not NAB it’s a phishing scam. Rang NAB direct and they confirmed.

Caller: Robot call NAB

Had 6 calls from this number & they didn’t leave a message! Hung up on the robot 4 times & rang back I took it & it was the automatic robot saying I have NAB financial matter & to press 1 if I was that certain person which I did! It was an actual person who went on to ask my name & I said only my 1st name which they went on to try & gain my trust by giving me an address which was old. She then went on to send me a confirmation code to authenticate & the code did come through however As she had told me my address was an old 1 which I know Ali already changed so I googled the number & said it was Charleville Queensland which I thought odd. The caller smart is said the number Beeboo Queensland. The line was real my bad so I continued to stall & wouldn’t give anymore information but that didn’t stop her from giving me more information about myself & my accounts to which she wanted a payment! I told her I’ll go into the bank tomorrow & hung the phone!
FACTS No BANK gives you your own information over the phone! So people be viligent I’m a single pensioner with children, I can’t afford to eat let alone get ripped off. Hope this helps someon.

Auto recording from NAB overdue payment 😒

This number rang my mobile, I missed the call, so I called back. I rang on 3 occasions and the number rings then is hangs up automatically. the number called back a little while later and it turns out it is a recorded message from NAB.

this number called twice to my wife and once to me from Nab bank. also he called my wife's and my name. wierd! how our details from NAB bank leaking out!!
