This is one of four numbers from which missed calls have been received in two days, all serviced by Symbio Networks Pty Ltd: (08) 7509 4600 in Coonalpyn, South Australia; (08) 6866 0488 in Wickepin East, Western Australia; (07) 4516 0330 in Clifton, Queensland; and (07) 4516 8065 in Dulacca, Queensland. A Google search for <Symbio Networks Pty Ltd> produced multiple hits about Symbio numbers being used by scammers. Several from 2024 said the Australian Communications and Media Authority had warned Symbio for failing to adequately investigate or share the numbers used in alleged scam calls. The company itself has a page that encourages people to report scams, with a link to the Australian Government’s ScamWatch report form. Nothing to let people simply tell them that a number they service is being used by scammers.
