She said she was from NBN wanting to talk to me about my bad internet connection, I hung up.

Wanted to talk about my NBN. I said I wanted to talk about Jesus first. She hung up.

Didn't recognise number, so I also didn't answer. Declined call and checked here to see it was a scam.

Said they were from PayPal about a fraud transaction

said they were from visa mastercard so i hung up

I didn't answer. They left message saying "urgent notice" that my Vodafone service would be out of service soon and to press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. I'm not with Vodafone. Definite scam call.

They said they are from Visa / Mastercard and trying to say someone used my card. But then found out that it is a Commonwealth Account. Unfortunately I don’t have an account in that Bank SO THESE ARE SCAMMERS

I had a rash of scam calls this afternoon. All from different spoofed Australian numbers. All pushing the same Indian fake NBN / Telstra / internet / pc security rubbish.

Missed call, no message left & busy when called back.

Did not answer. Found it was a scammer from this site.

Some bloke said he was calling re free energy upgrading in Victoria eg free shower head etc replacement. But I hadn't heard anything about that since the the last time we did such back in the early 2000 so declined the offer coz Idk if it's even genuine especially considering the number of other scam calls people have received from the same number.

I didn't answer, but they left a voicemail. Someone gabbling in Chinese. Clearly a nuisance scammer. Deleted and blocked.

Claimed they were from the Chinese Ambassy

Said he was from Chinese company - gave my usual answer but this time in my best Chinese accent - What’s up my nigger?

Offensive - hell yes - deserved - absolutely!!

Call went to voicemail with no message left. Looked up here - number now blocked.

Caller: "Amazon Prime"

Recorded message advising that my Amazon Prime membership would be renewed today for $99.99 and to press 1 if I wanted to change my subscription. Scam.

Called but no message left.
