Long pause when called answered. Claimed to be called Grace from Telstra calling about my internet connection. When asked "How did you get this number?" they instantly hung up. When redialed straight away to seek removal from their call list, the phone line was no longer in use. (07) 4222 0792 from Cairns. 11:21am AEST Monday 15 January 2024.

Caller: indian scammers

claimed to be from vodafone offering me a good deal - they tried to send a text to get into my account, but i'm not with vodafone.

Claiming to be from PayPal!

Scam call claiming to be from Telstra offering a discount for being a good customer. I hung up - she called back from an 02 number.

Scam call saying my bank account has been hacked and wanted to know my bank name call came from Cairns.

Caller: Claimed to be NBN

Long pause then female with a very thick Indian accent started explaining they were calling from NBN. I asked them to tell
me what address the NBN issue was affecting. She had no answer . I ended the call

Indian female voice she started talking while my answering machine started her name was " Shami " from Telstra then she hung up as she realised it was the answering machine . But as she was hanging up she was asking someone " is this a business ? " . They have previously also called from the number (07) 4222 0758 again the female Indian accent voice .

Number showed up as ringing from Cairns. I didn’t answer the call but based on comments left here, clearly a scammer

Asian/Indian male voice. Claim to be from NBN re problems with internet connection. When asked if from Telstra he responded that he was from Telstra NBN.
Told him to send letter as I didn't believe him and my internet was working fine. He kept talking over the top of me and I angrily told him goodbye. Another A H Scammer.

She knew my name and said she was from Telstra. I said I don't have Telstra and she said but the Telstra accounts department have given me your details and I interrupted her said again I don't have telstra. She started saying something else but I hung up.

Claiming to be from Telstra offering a discount for being a good customer yet I have never ever been with Telstra. I told her this and she immediately hung up.

do not answer do not give any information, they advised me that for a discount you will need to give a 6 digit code, literally they are trying to hack your microsoft email account they send a password reset to your mobile via microsoft which is to reset your email password, have reported to scam watch. do not answer just block it

Scam caller, phone showed up as calling from (07) 4222 0792 from Cairns City, QLD - blocked immediately and reported as spam.

Claimed to be Comm Bank Fraud

She also called me claiming to be from Telstra. I hung up and then immediately called Telstra to be certain it was a scam. It was :)
