The number came up on my mobile as being Bundaberg, Queensland. When I called it back, I got a message saying the number was disconnected.

Hung up when answered

they called and I missed the call, they called back later and when I answered there was no-one there. Now blocked

I actually live in Bundaberg but checked here first and didn't answer it. I reckon if anyone wants me they can leave a message.

I missed a call from this number, screen said it was from Bundaberg. No message left. When I called back I was told it was Regional Business HQ, which seems a legit business, but I'm not sure why they would be calling me?

Sounds like a scam, called my number and asked if I'm related to "Terry" in any way, hung up and blocked

This number has called me twice in April 2021 and just called again today April 2022.

I called the number back because they left a partial message on my voicemail so I didn't know what it was about. I did manage to get onto them and the lady told me that there was a charge for $299 from an eBay purchase and asked if I would like to go ahead with it. I told her I did not make that purchase. She then offered to help me process the refund and I said no I would work it out myself and she told me I was an idiot and called her to waste her time. Frankly, it was pretty funny. But I still have no idea who it was.

Why do these scammers call you but when you answer it they hang up straight away? WTF is the point?!

Came up calling from Bundaberg. I chose to ignore it and my instincts appear to be correct.

I just had the same thing happen - called back and got recording "the number you have called is not connected" - well they just rang me!?!?!?
