Male caller said he was from QT Mutual Bank, wanted to ask me about my mortgage. Asked for my full name and other details to validate my account. I refused. I asked him for my QT account number. He would not tell me. Told him to send me a letter. He said they don't send letters. WARNING: Could be an attempt at identity theft. Ask them to put it in writing.
