Submitted an online quote, this number calls and hangs up on me (I answer first ring), assuming the call centre employee can mark it as a 'non answer' or similar so it doesnt impact their KPIs.

I got two missed calls from phone (07) 3739 4000. When I called back it said "I called outside of business hours. If I want a quote to call back." There was no identification of who I called such as, "Hello you have called "company name" ". So annoyed how they could get my number.

Ryan called saying he's from Bizcover (I'd put in my details for a quote) and asked for my full name and email to verify my details. I saod I'm not comfortable sharing personal information over the phone form someone I don't know and asked for their number so I could call back to verify they are who they say they are. When I called the number it's for a telecommunications company selling phone lines for companies. Sneaky and definitely a scam!!
