Caller: Collection House Limited Debt collector for Linkt toll road network. Didn't even realise I had unpaid tolls... The callers can be very condescending and arrogant. Don't "confirm identification" when they ask. They already have your postal/residential address and email. Ask them to mail you an invoice. You don't have to put up with their bullying nonsense over the enormous sum of $30 or even more

Caller: This is a collections agency This is a collections agency, they called me but was asking for someone else, I told them that I just got my new number on a new iphone plan. Who they were after would of change their number a long time ago. I just happen to be the new owner of the number.
