This number is legit. I thought it was scam as well. He said he is calling to discuss my account. I declined to discuss anything so he said this call will be logged into my account and I can check at a branch. Next day I went to Suncorp branch and staff confirmed someone did call me and need to discuss an issue.

Genuine Suncorp fraud prevention team.

A woman called me and said she come from Suncorp Bank. Then ask me to confirm my account information and required me to answer her question about my private information. That's totally ridiculous, fake, scammer.

Apparently, it's Legit. A lady called, and asked to do some verifications using personal details. I declined, and she politely said it's perfectly fine for me to call SunCorp hotline and ask for her name. I did so, waited like 10 mins and found she was a legit representative from Suncorp.
