MAX Employment are a jobactive provider and have their National Operations Centre based in Brisbane. When you call you speak with someone in Brisbane based in the call centre and if you require to speak directly with your Consultant you would be transferred; however, if they are unavailable a message is sent asking for a call back. This process is in place in an effort to free the consultants from being tied to the phone and enable them to actually help the Customers/Job seekers that are at the office.

Max Solutions is a scammer company - they illegally use the name Max Employment despite this name never being registered as a legal entity or Trading name

I was expecting a call from MAX in Victoria with a 03 area code. However, all calls from MAX across Australia come from an 07 number. They are a JobActive provider for Centrelink JobSeeker recipients.

This number from Brisbane called me 3 TIMES A WEEK.

That doesn't mean it is actually MAX. The scammer could just be using that caller id number as a faker - like fake email addresses.

Max Solutions is not a scam company. Maybe the scammer is using this number to make them look like Max?

This is MAX Solutions call centre. MAX Solutions are an employment services provider, and if you call them, no matter if you call your local office, you will be redirected to the call centre. Inefficient and annoying; there is always an uptick in dodgy overseas call centre scam calls after speaking with speaking with them.
