Have been calling all hours of the day.

Same here. I'm definitely not an Optus customer, so there's no need whatsoever for them to be calling me.

We have no outstanding debts so this must be a scam.

They always seem over eager to get me to give our bank account details over the phone even though i have told them iwill not do that. Sick of there lack of english skills and excuses.

Well they keep ringing us & we are not now & ever have been with OPTUS so all I can say is its a SCAM

sick and tired of them calling at all hours...phone me during business hours and I may answer but call me before 8am and forget it...have spoken to them and made arrangements but still keep phoning and can never understand the person on the other end.

nothing but pressure you can call up to 4 or 5 times a week and always before 8am and have even had them call at 9pm ...can never understand them as their english is very bad and they are very rude

They are the debt collection agency for Optus. I was put through to them after calling Optus direct. They do accept Bpay although they obviously try to pressure you for full payment via credit card or direct debit. I have received paperwork from them in the mail too.

Rubbish! They cannot make you pay with credit card over the phone. Don't fall for it. HANG UP.

It is infact the debt collecting company for Optus, they do sen out multiple letters, and try to call many times, they are legit and if ignored can lead to a court summons, in order to pay much much more!

I got one too saying he was from CMV on behalf of Optus but could not understand a word of his 'english'

A QLD number keeps calling me in the middle of the night perth time. I answer and it's these guys. NEVER have I or anyone in the family had an optus account and they demand credit card details on the spot but are totally shady about their own company location and any details I ask. Totally dodgy.

Hi you all have it wrong!This is a debt collecting agency on behalf of any outstanding debts, not just optus...I probably would listen.but never pay it the first time.they say can u pay the full amount.? Say no!!!!Then they give u a huge discount. But only if u are going to pay the balance in full.payments plans are available.but take it seriously cause it only get worse and the debt gets bigger.But if you are very sure that you dont have any outstanding money owing to anyone or think it could be a scam. Ask for an abn number and research the company online. If they are a scam they wont give you an abn.....
