Sometimes ring 3-4 times within half an hour no message left

Rang. No message left. Tried to call the number back and it wont connect.

Annoying and unsolicited calls at all times of the day and into late evening. Don't think it's an Australian company though as my number is on the Australian 'Do not call' Registry and when I called back, it had an automated voice message saying the call could not be completed and to try later but I hung on the line, then it rang and another automated voice message said it was a community engagement company. Bizarre!!!!!

My Call Guardian phone from Telstra stopped all these calls from ringing me.
