Got a call out of the blue today. Missed the call so called back. Fellow answered so I asked who he was. He asked me who I was. I responded with what organisation are you from? Was very reluctant to give it. When I asked his name again he said JB. Then again asked me what is your name? I gave him my first name, he responded sarcastically, wasn't that hard! Was about to tell him where to get off when he said I had signed up last year for a course and pulled out! Abruptly said, NO, I did not sign up for a course, I made enquiries and that's all, so this is a sales call. I then hung up. No call back.
