Called many times all within an hour - asking for someone who is not at the number called and giving a vague reason for calling. Even after I told them that person was not listed and to stop calling they persisted in continuing to call.

Calling to double check your yellow cabs booking... maybe... 🤷‍♂️ thats all I can say.

This isn't a ccam call. I get these calls in central Qld from 13 Cabs if they're unsure of your exact location for a taxi pick-uo or to verify. It's always from the driver of the taxi, obviously the number is linked through the taxi company. They are all over the countryside. Don't stress. It's okay :)

This is definitely calls from the drivers of Taxis. Not spam.

This call showed as coming from from Brisbane, Qld. I had missed the call, and they left no message. When I called the number back there was quite a long ringing tone, then a recorded woman's voice thanked me for calling and said she was from Ballarat Taxis (even though the call had come from Brisbane Qld, not from Victoria). She then asked if I wanted to talk to my driver, at which point I hung up. I would say it was definitely a scam attempt of some sort.
