We rang their call centre and told them to stop, they said they would, then the very next day, more test messages and phone calls, now harrassing us.

Seems they have a couple of numbers, I have a couple saved for them. While they are a genuine call, the don't seem to keep good records and sometimes call you repeatedly even though you have arranged an appointment. They don't have good English, and if you go off script they can't cope. FGS, keep your call centres in Australia!!!
