They called to say I had an accident in the last 12 months and they wanted my approval to make a big payout. Said they were a Solicitor at 158 Ann Street Brisbane. I havent been in an accident and I couldnt find a solicitor at that address. Told them to call back when they had more details.

Wanted to talk about the accident I had. Told them to stop scamming people & hung up. I have not had any accident! They knew my name though.

I hate marketing calls on my private number that is on the do not call register (that is useless). As soon as she identified herself as an unsolicited call I disconnected. Nuisance call!! I had to disconnect my landline that is also on the do not call register as calls were coming in every 15 minutes.

Called 10mins ago. Same story re had an accident in the last 12 months!! SCAM. Knew my name and address details! Proceeded to say if it wasn’t me then one of my family from my address. Desperados…..

They hung up as soon as I answered.

Got a call from this number about 1 hour ago. I didn’t know the number, so I didn’t answer. Had the feeling it was a scammer, so I blocked the number.

They said they are an online accident claims company and they wanted to organise my claims payment for an accident I had. I asked them for the name of the company they couldn’t give me one I explained I think they had the wrong number SCAM
