I can only assume, based on the other comments, I had another call from this wine 'merchant'. I've blocked other numbers, but they keep trying new ones.. The only way of managing is to only answer calls from those listed in your phone & that's my practise.

Caller: the wine concierge Contacted using details either scraped or exposed in a data breach (legal name and work phone number - neither of which I enter into "online survey forms", which is how they 'said' they obtained my details)
