Got a call today. An Indian guy said hi is calling from Visa and Mastercard Fraud Department. Asking if I made a payment $1400 ish to someone. I asked him which bank account are we talking about. He said you have multiple bank accounts. I asked again which bank account are we talking about. He gave it a guess: you have CBA and ANZ... Well, good guess but not good enough.

I also received a call from a lady with an Indian accent, from a buzzy phone line, claiming to be from national broadband and was concerned about something happening on the nextwork. Funny thing is, the service isn't in my name, LOL. Promptly hung up and blocked.

Claimed to be from Telstra, tried to claim he could fix my internet speeds but I’d have to give him remote access. I asked him to verify my account details (I haven’t been a Telstra customer for many, many years), he then hung up on me. Stupid tool.
