Scam - message about my Amazon Prime account, which I don't have

Advised from commonwealth bank & that I had suspected fraudulent activity. Asked if I had been trying to send money overseas. I told him where to go & hung up. Reported it on scam watch

This call showed as coming from Brisbane, Qld. When I answered, a recorded female voice told me that it was Amazon calling and that there had been two suspicious transactions on my Amazon account (which I don't have), one for about $300 and the other for about $1300. It's obviously a scam!

Scammer called from this number to say, "we are offering you a 20% discount on your plan". I asked her what plan? She hung up. I called back and got the usual "not available from this service" auto-response.
How is it that a scammer can call me from a number, but I can't call them back on the same number?
Last time I am taking a call from a number that isn't already known to me.

Caller advised me he was from Security at Visa and my card had been used so my contact details had been comprised and wanted to reset from details

Advised that they were NBN. Called them out as a scam. They then refused saying about a grandfather rule that in time of emergency, they can call consumers. I hung up.

Scammer. Claimed there was fraudulent activity on my Comm bank account.

Spam or scam call about some survey on hardship. Wouldn't answer my questions about how they got my name and number so I hung up and blocked the number.

Advised they were from CBA and I had an international transaction.on my account. Then they hung up

Caller claimed to be from NBN telling me my NBN Internet had been compromised and someone was using my account. I asked where he was calling from and said from north Sydney despite number being from Queensland. When called him out on being a scammer, he called me a f**king bitch.

ANYONE WHO CALLS A ROUTER no. MUST BE UP TO NO GOOD -PERIOD.

Lady saying it was Telstra. Talking to me about my IP address being public. Was asking me to go to a website and give information on my IP address.
