Pretending to be Amazon about renewal of Amazon Prime account.

Claimed to be Visa Mastercard wanting my bank details and password. I told him to F off and he hung up

Pretending to be Amazon Prime. Automated voice was saying that call was in relation to my recent Amazon Prime purchase of $799.....yeah definitely a Scam!

Ph call unanswered. No message left. All of the tell tale signs of a scammer.

Caller: Indian guy calling for Amazon purchase

Got a call about a purchase made from Amazon for $1250, verifying if I've made the purchase. He knows my name so it seems legit but very pushy about cancelling the purchase which I said I didn't make. Told him I will call Amazon directly then blocked his number. Btw, I checked my bank and no pending transaction.

Caller claimed to be Telstra but clearly calling from overseas

I didn’t answer but will block the number the call I’d said Brisbane Queensland

Claimed to be PayPal security so I replied oh another scam and he said why would it be a scam? I replied well you’ve tried this three times today and he hung up.

Claiming to call from Telstra offering to 'fix' my internet connection... obviously a scam of some sort.

Indian man pretending to be from Commonwealth Bank. Told me to check my Visa card for a certain amount sent to them.

Scam call pretending to be from the ATO. I don't have a tax refund.

Pretending to be from ATO. Fake.

Caller: Fake ATO

Told me I had a $5000 refund from the Australian Taxation Office or ATO. I don't have an outstanding refund from the ATO...
Wanted access to my online banking?!
Scam.

visa mastercard scam - apparently $2000 was paid by my card - had I really done that?- I said oh this is rubbish, you're not - didn't even finish sentence before she hung up

Running a scam pretending an amount will be debited from your account and you must claim a refund. Gives options to connect to a caller, which will likely put you in touch with a scammer, who will try to get remote access to your computer and try have you log into your bank or something pathetic like that.

Just decline the call and block it
