Claimed to be calling from NBN as there was an issue with my service (I think they said unauthorised access to my service - how ironic!). Noisy call centre.

Very noisy call centre. A woman claiming to call from Commonwealth Bank for a transaction of $800 that has been made on my Commonwealth Bank account. Today was not the first time that I received a phone call about the same topic.

This time round she stated that she was from the ebay head office in Sydney when the number clearly stated that they were spoofing through Brisbane - she said there had been a suspicious transaction made from my ebay account for $500 - then she stated that there had also been a suspicious transaction on my amazon and paypal accounts - all of which I have none…. Could have had so much fun with this caller - clearly a scam… 🙄

Very noisy call centre. A female non-Aussie accent claiming to call from Commonwealth Bank. I tested her response when saying the line was cut up and can't hear what you're saying (it's true tho cuz very noisy background). She kept saying halo x3 times and given up.

Claiming to be a Telstra Service Call asking how many devices connected. Became frustrated with my lack of information and hung up.

Apparently I have an Amazon account and if i dont want to be charged $99.00 then i had better speak to customer service to give them all my personal details to cancel it!
What a joke. How does anyone fall for these scammers and give them their info?
