Caller: I’m guessing, Telstra Like Michael above I’ve been waiting for NBN connection. I’ve been waiting 33 days. I can’t even get a modem sent here. Like Michael the phone rang once, so “it’s all my fault I missed the call”. Yeah, nah. Ombudsman’s office is the next step 🤷♀️

Caller: Telstra Telstra disconnected my N.B.N service without notice. Found out they incorrectly ported out my service without consent from myself. They said they will get back to me and failed numerous times (lies upon lies). Anyway the big issue is that: I have a medical heart issue, and unable to contact via the monitor. What a criminal act TELSTRA................!

Caller: Telstra We called Telstra about problems with our NBN and got a call back from this number from Brad their service rep. He managed to sort out our NBN issue

Caller: (07) 3513 1000 This number is Telstra. They will not leave a message as it is apparently is against their policy. The then contacted me on my wife’s phone number re a query on a new account that I was setting up.

Caller: claimed to be Telstra NBN Rang for me to give info about work to be done on nbn for CFA local brigade.The work would be completed 2 days later. I am the secretary. Husband took call and was told they would ring again at midday to speak to me. They didn't. I rang them ..no reply. I believe it was a scam.

Caller: Telstra The number (07) 3513 1000 rang and did not leave a message. I called back and there was recorded message saying it was Telstra and that they tried to contact me regarding my account and they will call back soon.

Caller: Telstra only rang once & thn a message to ring 132200 re either an account or service The phone only rang once. When I phoned the number there was a message to ring 132200 re either an account or service. Telstra for a telecommunication company that is neither professional or experienced operator who would act in that way. Yes I am still waiting for Telstra to connect NBN after 6 months. 6th appointment scheduled for Thursday 11.4.2019
