hung up when i answered and said hello

tried calling this number back after a missed call got a recorded msg about a high volume of incoming calls no idea who these clowns are or what sort of a game they are playing

Hung up 10secs after I answered. No voice. Most probably a scammer.

1st person I spoke with, knows nothing about what the company he's trying to up sell to me, other than their offering of a 25% discount off the electric bill for the next 2yrs. The person doesn't know any details other than, to get us much details about me to pass on to sales, a 2nd call. Why they can't just transfer the call I don't know. I was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for a 2nd call, where all the information would be given.

I called back number (07) 3505 5946 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
