Caller: This number called me

This number has been calling on and off for the last 4 weeks. They ask about a car accident and said they were from Australian claim office. They then asked me when the car accident was I said “shouldn’t you have that information” that’s when they hung up the phone. Each time they call and I ask questions they hang up. Feel sorry for the poor innocent people that trust these guys

Wait for them to speak. When I say nothing, their robo-dialler disconnects.

My Android phone (Nokia 7 Plus) just automatically marked it as SPAM and binned it so that was good! Note: The number appeared to be from QLD but these numbers are usually spoofed. This is why Telcos are usually unable to bar them.

Told me they were calling about a recent car accident, I haven’t had one, why do they think we are all terrible drivers?!... hung up when I laughed and asked if they were serious 😂

thank you for the already posted responses to these scammers....confirmed what I had already thought but why is this number still allowed to operate???... come on Telstra!

Phone notifications came up as potential fraud, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message and I blocked the number.

Scam caller using my first name saying they are from my insurance company wanting to talk about my recent accident. When I said I hadn't had and accident they hung up.

Called and said I was in a car accident. When I said I wasn't they hung up. Tried calling back - no answer. Absolute scam!

Is telstra that desperate for money that they rent out unused numbers. There should be a check done on the people wanting a bunch of numbers

I agree with the previous guy who send a message the scammers from India should be shut down your nothing but a low lives praying on vunerable victims! If you can 2021 they have a sophisticated blocker of these a holes !
