“Due to temporary service difficulties we are unable to connect your call” I received this when I returned a missed call from (07) 3339 5172 Optus does not have temporary service difficulties, only that long outage. The number never left a voice message so probably a scam

Caller: Male with Indian accent Male with Indian Accent claiming to be from Microsoft wanting access to my computer. Was telling me that my email address was being hacked and used for fraudulent activity and needing access to computer to fix the problem.
