Caller: Q-Super They call you out of the blue and then ask you for your personal details. Shouldn't they know all of that if THEY are phoning YOU? Shouldn't be surprised then if I don't want to tell them anything about myself. I have no way of knowing they are ACTUALLY from Q-Super.

Caller: QSuper - QInvest This number rang me. I listened to the voicemail and it was the guy from QSuper we have a phone appointment with in 2 days. He referred to documents I had already sent through and one particular item I listed in my documents (insurance not related to QSuper) so definitely not a scam.

Same as everyone else. Wanted my bank details. I had previously requested money from my Qsuper using exactly the same bank details without a hitch, but this latest request using the details that were recorded by Qsuper from my last transaction(so I didn't have to type in anything, just select my same details from the menu)somehow were now wrong. It's a scam.

I answered but no response. This happened every time I requested a call back from QSuper. However not sure if this is a scam. Just in case I didn’t call them back. I call again to the number that it’s advertised just to be safe.

Caller: QInvest Financial Adviser Through my super fund QSuper I had booked a financial adviser appointment so the call from QInvest was not unexpected. They ask questions to confirm they are speaking to the intended person. I'm not sure why people would receive unsolicited calls from them but they are a legitimate organization.

Caller: Q Super I recently joined Q Super so they would be calling me back most probably to see if they can be of assistance, or maybe to confirm my number. I am working things out online myself so I don't need to speak to them just yet.

Spoke to this person for about 30 minutes. She tried very hard to get my account details. Sounded like a scam so I hung up! Be very careful.
