Caller: I didn't get a phone call

I found a donation of $25.63 on my Paypal account on 29 June 2019 to Leukemia.org.au with email stehrani @ leukaemia.org.au.
I did not make this payment. I have reported the matter to Paypal.

I have found an entry for a payment to 'Paypal "LeukaemiaFO' (followed by a number which appears to be a bank account number) for the amount of $54.33 on my credit card statement in March 2019.

I have no recollection of purchasing anything from them and very rarely use Paypal now.

There is the name stehrani @ leukaemia.org.au and phone number of (07) 3318 4482 also on the statement when I went into the Paypal account but no details about what the payment was for.

I have just tried to ring that number and was answered by a recorded message stating "You have reached the phone number of (inaudible) rani, Please leave a message." The voice sounded very tired ?lazy? and was not of first language English.

If it was the Leukaemia foundation it would be unusual to have someone answer with their own name without mentioning the company or organisation name.
