Caller: Virgin Velocity Rewards

Legitimate call from Velocity after i had emailed them with an issue.

Virgin airlines said she was responding to an enquiry and wanted to verify my details.... had made a call however it was resolved 3 days ago. Declined to give any details.

just posted a comment about this number regarding Flybuys, my apology It was from Virgin, think it is genuine

Said they were from Flybuys and wanted to check my that my information was correct.... told them to email me the details.....

Caller: Virgin Velocity Frequent Flyer Member Services

There was an error with a booking I made over the phone last week. It was the same person who I spoke with to make the booking, so the call is legit.

Caller: They said Virgin Velocity

They said my account was blocked and did I want to reset my password over the phone. I said I'd do it myself thinking it was a scam call. Guess it was a scam as my account wasn't blocked.

Maybe Virgin airlines Customer care?

Caller: said he was from Blockchain

said he was from Blockchain about crypto currencies and trading on line, he had my name which was a little scary

I called back number (07) 3295 3190 reached IVR for Virgin Australia.
