Caller: Urban Utilities Urban Utilities calling as I had an unpaid Water bill. I had no idea, man on the phone helped me set up a payment arrangement and sent me a copy of my bill

Caller: URBAN UTILITIES Had a missed call from (07) 3228 8214 so I called back - spoke to the nicest lady by the name of Karen who helped me so much as I’m struggling being a single mum of 3 kids. She didn’t judge me and I felt really good after speaking to her. I wish more companies employed people like her as the world would be a better place.
