I rang the general number 13 22 65 and they confirmed it was a legitimate NAB number. They are ringing customers to invite you in to review your banking.

Said it was the local Brisbane Branch number for NAB. I haven’t confirmed with NAV if it’s real. They were asking about my home loan, no personal details requested, the accent was Aussie but I am still suspicious until I can confirm with the bank.

Why do they call and not leave a message? Wasting valuable time of their customers. Very unprofessional telemarketing behaviour trying to market unsolicited services. Further, why would you want to use their services in view of what is in the papers ATM?

I didnt picked up the phone but the voice message left addressed to me by my last name

FYI im banking with NAB, so I dont think it's scam, but most likely unsolicited financial/banking services call
