Please note that (07) 3214 0661 is active, seeking personal details to connect people with NBN. Can tell you your name and offers to tell you your last Telstra Bill costs as a way of authenticating the call. Starts to lead you into a transaction to give your personal details.
To my knowledge Telstra will not call a customer for a service or technical issue unless that customer contacts Telstra first. 12 complaints made on this number to date.

Just rang me I answered and they hung up

When I called back I reached a recorded message detailing the call was from TSA Group which is a company requested to contact people on behalf of Telstra to offer Telstra products. Basically another telemarketer.

I missed a call from (07) 3214 0661, when I called back I reached voicemail for TSA Group

Received many calls from this number. No message left. If it is legit Telstra, and know my information, perhaps they should email me. This number comes up as unknown, messages that I get from Telstra are already identified in my contacts as Telstra. So it's definitely a middle man company outside Telstra that subcontracts to sell you telco products. I do not answer these calls.

Someone from TSA Group calling on behalf if Telstra, regarding my internet being cut off and needing to change to NBN. I don't doubt that's what they were doing, but I just don't like it when they call me and have all my details already.

Caller: Dubious salesperson

Knew my name. Claimed to be from, or acting on behalf of, Telstra and wanted to "guide me through changing over to the NBN". I assume he was not an actually scammer, but someone using dubious sales tactics to trick people into signing up to one of the worst ISPs around.

Claimed to be Telstra wanting to come and sort the connection for NBN.
Was quick to back out of the conversation when i said they where here last week

They keep on calling even tho I have the number blocked
