It is Dun & Bradstreet debt collectors. They are contracted for debt collections for telecommunication providers and for Go Via. If they are calling it is likely that someone is chasing you for money. They also send text messages from other numbers.

Debt collection agency Dun and Bradstreet. The do collections for companies like Telstra and Go via tag. Legit number.
