Apparently I had completed a survey online (of which they couldn't tell me from where) and that I had won a 7" Android tablet... but I had to sit through a half hour presentation about how we can save money on our mortgage to receive the 'prize'...

Rang back the number and it said it wasnt in service.. Sooooo blocking and reporting

Answered my mobile, said hello and the call was disconnected. this happened a few times now.

No idea who is phoning but really rude.

Said I had filled in a lifestyle survey (???) and had won an Android tablet. Had my surname right "from the survey" but my age wrong, and wanted that information and my address. If I had filled in such as survey, I would have entered that info correctly. When I told them I couldn't talk to them at the moment, she rudely said "oh well I won't talk to you then", and hang up.

annoying, keep call at least 4 times a day, block the number!

Keep getting calls from this number, when I call back it puts me on hold. Hung up after 2mins

Marketing company, doing research surveys or something

Using a dialler system. By the time it clicked in, I was ready to hang up, and the person on the other end was talking to her coworker with her mic unmuted.

We answered. They hung up. We blocked the number.

Same deal. The "Lifestyle" company calling, apparently I won an android tablet and needed to confirm my details to have it sent out. When I confirmed I was not a home owner, they promptly ended the call.

Yes keeps ringing, three times today. cant ring back, phone number not in service. Will be blocking this number, for sure. Too many scams out there, cant trust people, its a sad world.

Called me saying I won a dinner with a club close by, and wanted to know if I have paid off my home. Also asked for my full name.

I thought it was strange the caller was from Brisbane when I am from a different state, looks like it is a scam now that I've checked this page!

They did drop the name of a club that's close by, so it seems like they did do their research.
