Sounded like a scammer pretending to be Optus offering a no contract deal but probably fishing for credit card details. Didn't let them get that far.

When I answered, someone said hello and hung up. I called back, the message was 'optus advises that the number you have called has been disconnected'.

I got a call from this number today and I have no idea how they got my number. The only thing I can think of is that yesterday I tried to order a SIM card from Moose Mobile but the order did not go through as the website kept coming up as "There are no products in your cart" after I entered all my details... a bit concerning....

Tried to call back,says disconnected.
Definitely spam fraud..

Scam. I said hello etc . I didn't say another thing and he hang up. I called number back to Optus disconnected recording. I'm with Telstra so how they got my details, especially how long I've had my number etc. concerned me especially when I after refusing to answer he kept telling me more.

phone rang i answered all i got was hello, i said yes hello, i repeated hello many times no response , i hung up, , i then rang back phone number, phone has been disconnected

An indian man rang said he was from TELSTRA, said he was going to reduce my payments with them......my history shows I use $30.00 to $50.00 a month.................blah blah..He asked for my details.....I told him he would have my details..... he got a bit shirty, repeated himself......then said, Well, am I right, I said NO ! He hung up.....
I have been with OPTUS for 3 years.....

I have just received my second call from this number in the last 3 days.
First person was an Indian lady and I told her I'm not interested she than got angry because I didn't want to listen and than when I let her talk and once again said I'm not interested she decided to call me something in her language so I told her to f*ck off.

Second guy was also Indian and was actually nice when I said I'm not interested and he said no worries and that was it

The number is cloaked as you cannot return the call. The bottom line is if Optus want to offer me a deal they will email/Text me via an offical channel so if defiantly a scam. These guy do however have my name which means they extracted the data from Optus users somehow which makes me concerned

Answered call, Indian guy said his name was Jack. I said are you selling something? He said no. I said if you're selling something I will be very angry. He said no he is not selling something. After a short pause he commenced to sell me a deal for my mobile number. I told him to get lost

Had a call from this number claimin 2b from Optus..person on other hand was a female with Indian accent everythin sounded suspect & wasn't till i heard another males voice clear as day sayin dont worry about it..& they hung up..

i keep getting missed calls from this no. when i try to ring back it just has a funny load tone. they leave messages with no messages. too frequent calling me all the time.

Received several calls from this unknown number. Didn't answer though. I started receiving them just after getting a new mobile phone provider. I wonder if this is payback for leaving Amaysim?

Indian accent guy claiming to be from Optus saying I'd be paying lower rates and then asking what type of contract I was on.... UNTIL I hear him get closer to the phone and he tells me hot hot and horny my voice is making him! I said what?!!! He said yes ur voice is beautiful and makes me horny!.
Couldn't believe what I was hearing I hung up as he was still going on

I called back number (07) 3152 9000 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.
