Tried to tell me I’d been in a car accident

a fake company quote you have had a car accident and you can pay them a pay now fee via credit card.

Caller: Non english speaking male

Car accident scam, cant tell you a date or even what law firm they are acting on behalf of. Fun to string along for a while, they get cranky at you for 'wasting thier time'

59 Ann street in the city if anyone wants to go and say hello. Claimed my number was given to him from a car accident and he works for “the lawyers” doesn’t know which firm though.

The VM of the Employee Council has said this is a scam .

Indian guy who knew my name & old address and phone number saying that I was in an accident. I asked to speak to supervisor he said that he wasn’t available... I told him that I didn’t have a car nor that I was in an accident. Then he changed his story saying that I was a passenger. Clearly lying and a scam I said that I need proper documentation sent to me about supposed incident

I called back the number (07) 3135 4921 and reached vm that said I reached The Employee Council
