Marketing call centre

Tried calling me, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. I have read others comments and now I know what they are calling about, I have blocked the number.

Guy called (was Australian and very polite) said he was calling on behalf of the qld government conducting a survey on families with children aged from 7 to 15. I asked how they hot my number. He said they were given a random poll of numbers from Queensland that they were allowed to call. I said I wasn't interested sorry. He said no worries take care. That was it. He was polite not rude and I could hear busy calm centre noise in background. It sounded legit but I wasn't interested.

Caller: Random Scammer?

Noticed I had two missed calls, in two days, from this number (I would not have answered it anyway). Looked up number here and see various reasons. I wanted to find out for myself, so I recalled number, but it cuts off after phone rings just once.
If it were a proper call centre I would have thought there would be an answer service. Not sure if it's a legitimate marketing company, possibly random scam.

Got called at 6:45pm. How about calling during the day huh? I dont appreciate getting stupid marketing or surveys at night. Most of us work hard all day and all we want is dinners and family relax time at night. Oh by the way, im on do not call list. Respect it and leave us alone! Sick of getting calls at night time. How about having some respect! Go home and annoy ur own family if u have any at all.

Given my mobile is on a don't call register I was not impressed receiving the call And I am glad that I missed both of them - hopefully they have given up as it seems it is spam at best.

I asked if it was for marketing but he did not want to confirm but mentioning a person name he was looking. I asked not to call my number again. Remind him (07) 3119 8095 is in the list of unwanted call.

called advising there from the Australian Government at 8:20 pm asking if i was a guardian of children from 5 to 17. I said no and they hung up.

They didnt leave a message.

Called my landline after hours and did not leave a message on my answering machine.

Pelicans rang me at 6.00 am on a Sunday then again at 12.00pm.

Scam!! Asked about kids detail and health said from Queensland Health...then started asking about family income realated questions on a weekend which is so weird!!

Caller: Said Q&A for Commonwealth Government

Called & said looking for me, used my full name. I asked what was it about & he said due to issues of privacy he couldn’t disclose why he was calling. I said if he couldn’t tell me why calling he’s just wasting my time & hung up. Very strange!

Missed the call they didnt leavea message so if they really wanted to talk to me they would have & from everything else ive read here on that number it must be some sort of spam or scam.....
