This number (07) 3119 8000 was a missed call on my homephone & a private number on my mobile (no message left) Rang them back & it is Q&A Research with an automated message. To actually speak to someone you need to call (07) 3119 8003. They are generally calling members who participate in paid market research groups.

This number us a legitimate survey company called Galaxy Research. I received a call from them as a follow up to an online survey.

This company says they are a transport & logisitics company when they ring my home, but as I am on the road I have tried over 20 times to ring them back the call goes to fail immediatelu

called me knowing my full name , stating they were taking a survey on behalf of the superannuation. just hang up...

Have received 2 calls from these people. The first time I was not home,to answer yet they left no message. The second time I was ready for them and had remembered their number (we have calling number display)so I said to them "I have your number, you are receiving a fine" then they just hung up. Of course I have reported them to the government dept "DoNotCall" - the service does not appear to be working, my account with "DoNotCall" is still current and I have never let it lapse since it first came out several years ago. Yet we still receive approximately 2 calls a day from telemarketers and "overseas".

tried to call back from an unknown number but my call got hungup on after first ring, cant the athoroties do something bout these people arassing us ?

they call my mobile every now and then. reading the other messages i wonder if they are trying to get you to call back. when you do, you get hit with a fee that they collect on...just a thought. i never answer 'no caller id' numbers or even numbers i don't know, unless i happen to be waiting to hear about something from the bank/govt agency etc.

I just got a call from this number, typical of the calls where no message is ever left. Never respond to an unsolicited phone call. There is NO 'legitimate' source - believe NO ONE. YOU have NO requirement to respond to ANY unsolicited approach by phone or otherwise. YOU & ONLY YOU initiate any contact. If you do answer, NEVER provide any information EVER, just say 'Mail the information to me, Goodbye'. To everyone who identifies these calls as 'Scams'- well done.

They rang me yesterday afternoon and today Sunday 11.25am and hung up before I could answer.

They keep calling and hanging up. getting tired of it.
