I called back number (07) 3106 3411 spoke to a woman who said company name is LJ Hooker.

Caller: Unsolicited Someone purporting to be from "LJ Hooker Best and West" asked to speak to someone of my parents' names. The number doesn't match any LJ Hooker office that I could see, and any that my parents have dealings with would have their number on file instead of looking up the phonebook and trying to find someone with a matching surname. Smells scammy.
