Scam call, Left an automated voice message regarding "my views on community issues" voice msg got cut.

Reccomending illegal behaviour is pathetic

Had 3-4 calls from this number from brisbane QLD and when call back its a robotic message to enter an ID number. CAlled in day at work twice and at 830pm. grrrrrr

Scumbags ringing me at 8.30pm on a Thursday night even though its registered with 'Do Not Call'. Add this number to your block list.

8.45pm. Even at night now?? I didn't recognise number so did not answer. No message lef5.

Caller: Male Australian voice

Recorded voice message claiming to be from a survey company researching opinion on everyday matters. He said that if the survey was completed I would go into a draw for a $1000- gift voucher from either Coles or Woolworths. Then proceeded to ask “demographic”for information, such as date of birth, postcode, number of people on household etc. At this point I got tired of playing the game and hung up. Definitely a scam!

Called and left a one second voicemail. Just blocked

Got a call at 8:15pm QLD time, the cut off is 8:00
Call again and I will make you suffer as you're harassing me by calling after hours!

Caller: Unknown Male Aus accent from a Brisbane number

Call DID NOT even RING!! at 8.32am Wed 5Feb, was immediately blocked by Samsung Smart phone settings & the message left my phone marked as "POTENTIAL SCAM!".
An Australian accent male voice left a voicemail that lasted ONLY 2SECONDS!!
Phone converted Voice maile to text saying ..."Around general Community issues & your.. Cut off. NO NAME? NO DETAILS!! AS in it didnt address ME! DIDN'T use THEIR name , Nor LEAVE a CALLBACK number.?
If FOR EX; there is a call from my DR surgery .The message left would say my name, regarding appt date & "please call back on this number & then number is repeated again. So thats Suspicious to begin with!!
I am confident its either SCAM OR MARKETING BS! I have blocked it & dont intend to waste my time calling back!!🙄

No voicemail message left. Looks like they are still trying to scam/spam people via this number.

I have a lot of business contacts in Brisbane so I wasn’t concerned when I returned call. It was a computer generated response asking to enter a user code. No idea, but I see this number has been reported multiple times since 2023 !

I didn't answer the call. It left an automated voice message. The first part was cut off but was something like: "... short survey around community issues". Just blocked the number.

9am Sunday grrrr

Had a call at 10:47am sunday on my home phone. Was on the loo about to go to church!! Answering machine message was a threatening male voice saying:"deal with your issues stop calling" very fast. This was extremely alarming so i have been looking up the number on 2 sites and checking my mobile, and now I have missed church. Such a relief to find all the other reports here of just a scam caller.

This call showed as coming from Brisbane, Qld. I had missed the call and they left no message. When I called the number back a recorded computerized voice told that I had reached a recorded messaging service and I should leave a message. Needless to say, I did not leave any message, just hung up. I strongly suspect it was a scam attempt.

Now calling work phones after hours. DID not answer call as if it was a legit client they would have left a message. Funnily enough no message left and then checked on here to see I saved myself the effort of telling them my views on unsolicited calls from scammers....

This number called just after 6 p.m. I didn't answer, and the voice-to-text message started halfway through a sentence, so the caller must have started talking while my phone was still doing its spiel. The only part of the message I received was 'issues and your.' After reading these comments it was definitely a scam. Many thanks to everyone who contributes to this this site!

Left message at 4.08pm in Sydney on 26/07/24. Robocaller's system must have realised about 6 seconds into the call that it was talking to an answering machine so it terminated the call.

The voice was robotic and spoke English but the line was poor quality and the brief message was largely unintelligible.
