Caller: Brisbane Queensland Called twice tonight 7:05pm & 8:03pm. Search the number here at 8:07pm & there’s already 25 complaints for this number. The number did not have an option to answer it when it rang, it immediately became a missed call despite me being on my phone doing something, the screen never lit up as a call to answer was just immediately a missed call. Thought that was a bit sus, came here because trustworthy source for information & now there’s another number to add to the blocked list. Thank you to everyone who uses this site and posts their complaints about there silly numbers calling. Also isn’t there some law about calling after a certain time? I can not remember if it’s 6:30 or 8:30pm for telemarketing & similar companies, too many still calling at strange times, very annoying, somehow I guess my phone knew they were just another nuisance and didn’t give me an option to answer the call. Have a good one!!

These scamming lowlifes are actually getting worse. Now they're calling on a Sunday morning. They don't even bother to speak, of course. I'm fed up to the back teeth with it. It's an (apparently) interstate number, so I'll now block all (07) numbers along with all the (02) numbers. At least they're putting themselves out of business. Please do not ever answer calls from unknown numbers. There's no need to accommodate these pests. Legitimate callers will leave messages.

i am tired of getting these shyte callers mostly scammers, why does Australia not have a proper reverse phone number lookup like most countries, that would stop these scammers in their tracks

Caller: Media Reach Research I located the source company - you can call 0488 173 222 and request removal from their list. - which I did. they claim to be operating in an edge case law that allows them to call people on the do not call list. I plan to contact my local MP to have this law changed.

Caller: (07) 3103 9201 This number has called my 87 year old mother several times in the last two days. After speaking to her this evening about it and to block the number, the same number rung my phone. It was an automated message saying they were a research company. The number has been blocked on my phone as well. What the hell is the Telcos during to stop unsolicited calls to the elderly which causes them a great deal of stress!!! What is the Australian Telecommunication Obudsman doing to enforce Telcos to stop scammers!!!

Caller: Amazon Scammer (07) 3103 8808 is a scam call claiming to be amazon etc. When I told the guy on the phone that this is a scam, he said something I couldn't understand in English but with a heavy accent and hung up on me. I called the number back and the Vm message claims to be a completely different business. Either way definitely a scam!!!!

OMG a call from a number I don't know. I better hide under my bed and think of conspiracy theories about who is calling. I mean people never just miss-dial, or call a number that used to belong to someone else. No they are out to get you, they are. There another black helicopter too... I mean i can't possibly just ignore it like a normal person, or answer and simply hang up if something ai don;t like. No we must make a gigantic issue out of tiny non events in life because our lives are so meaningless and boring.
